Manuel Sánchez was born in Bélmez,Córdoba,Spain. At The age of two, his parents brought him to the United States. He lived there practically all his life. He now lives in Malaga,Spain.
He has been an Artist and a Flamenco Dancer, for over 40 years. His style of painting is emotional, vibrant, and explosive at times. His love for the Arts have taken him half way around the world, enjoying every minute of it. He began drawing, and painting at a very young age. He recieved a four year sholarship to attened Arts High Shool in New Jersey. All his talents indeed came in handy, specially when there was no work as a dancer he had to resort to his painting. He always had his painting skills but decided to do his dancing first, since he had a limited time. As all dancers and Athlets have a certain age when they have to retire. His Painting got him out of a lot of unpaid dancing contracts in foreign countries, as a servival issue. He does not dance any more, but still enjoys the Arts. He now expresses it, on a canvas. As in Flamenco, he is a person that loves to live life, with passion, emotion and love.
